يصف إشعار ملفات تعريف الارتباط هذا كيف تستخدم سنايدي ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتقنيات المماثلة (التخزين المحلي، تخزين الجلسة) على المنصة. ملفات تعريف الارتباط هي ملفات نصية صغيرة تُخزن على جهازك عند زيارة المنصة. يُقدم هذا الإشعار وفقًا لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي واللوائح المطبقة. باستخدام المنصة، توافق على استخدام ملفات تعريف الارتباط كما هو موضح في هذا الإشعار، باستثناء ملفات تعريف الارتباط الأساسية المطلوبة لعمل المنصة والتي لا تتطلب موافقة.
The Platform uses the following types of cookies: (a) Essential cookies — authentication, session management, security tokens, fraud prevention; these are required for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled; (b) Functional cookies — language preferences, UI settings, theme preferences; these enhance user experience but are not essential; (c) Analytics cookies — usage statistics, performance monitoring, feature adoption tracking; these help us improve the Platform. We do NOT use advertising cookies, third-party advertising trackers, or social media tracking cookies. We do NOT sell cookie data to third parties.
تستخدم المنصة الأنواع التالية من ملفات تعريف الارتباط: (أ) ملفات تعريف الارتباط الأساسية — المصادقة، إدارة الجلسة، رموز الأمان، منع الاحتيال؛ هذه مطلوبة لعمل المنصة ولا يمكن تعطيلها؛ (ب) ملفات تعريف الارتباط الوظيفية — تفضيلات اللغة، إعدادات الواجهة، تفضيلات المظهر؛ هذه تعزز تجربة المستخدم ولكنها ليست أساسية؛ (ج) ملفات تعريف الارتباط التحليلية — إحصاءات الاستخدام، مراقبة الأداء، تتبع اعتماد الميزات؛ هذه تساعدنا على تحسين المنصة. لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط الإعلانية أو متتبعات الإعلان للطرف الثالث أو ملفات تعريف الارتباط لتتبع وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. لا نبيع بيانات ملفات تعريف الارتباط لأطراف ثالثة.
Cookies are used for the following purposes: (a) keeping you logged in and maintaining your session; (b) remembering your language and UI preferences; (c) securing the Platform against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; (d) analyzing usage patterns to improve features and performance; (e) complying with legal obligations including audit requirements. Authentication tokens are stored as secure, HTTP-only cookies to prevent cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks. Session tokens are encrypted and rotated periodically.
تُستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط للأغراض التالية: (أ) إبقائك مسجلاً الدخول والحفاظ على جلستك؛ (ب) تذكر تفضيلات اللغة والواجهة الخاصة بك؛ (ج) تأمين المنصة ضد الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام والوصول غير المصرح به؛ (د) تحليل أنماط الاستخدام لتحسين الميزات والأداء؛ (هـ) الامتثال للالتزامات القانونية بما في ذلك متطلبات التدقيق. تُخزن رموز المصادقة كملفات تعريف ارتباط آمنة HTTP فقط لمنع هجمات البرمجة عبر المواقع (XSS). تُشفَّر رموز الجلسة وتُدَار بشكل دوري.
Cookie durations are as follows: (a) Session cookies — expire when you close your browser; (b) Authentication cookies — expire after a defined session period or upon logout; (c) Functional cookies — persist for up to 12 months unless cleared; (d) Analytics cookies — persist for up to 24 months. Users may clear cookies at any time through browser settings. Clearing cookies will log you out and reset preferences. The Platform does not use persistent tracking cookies that survive account deletion.
مدد ملفات تعريف الارتباط كالتالي: (أ) ملفات تعريف الارتباط للجلسة — تنتهي عند إغلاق المتصفح؛ (ب) ملفات تعريف الارتباط للمصادقة — تنتهي بعد فترة جلسة محددة أو عند تسجيل الخروج؛ (ج) ملفات تعريف الارتباط الوظيفية — تستمر حتى ١٢ شهرًا ما لم تُحذف؛ (د) ملفات تعريف الارتباط التحليلية — تستمر حتى ٢٤ شهرًا. يمكن للمستخدمين مسح ملفات تعريف الارتباط في أي وقت عبر إعدادات المتصفح. سيؤدي مسح ملفات تعريف الارتباط إلى تسجيل خروجك وإعادة تعيين التفضيلات. لا تستخدم المنصة ملفات تعريف الارتباط للتتبع المستمر التي تبقى بعد حذف الحساب.
Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the Platform to function. Functional and analytics cookies can be managed through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to: (a) view all cookies; (b) delete individual or all cookies; (c) block third-party cookies; (d) block all cookies (may break essential functionality); (e) set preferences for specific sites. Disabling non-essential cookies may affect some features (language preferences, analytics) but will not prevent core Platform functionality (login, job search, applications, messaging).
لا يمكن تعطيل ملفات تعريف الارتباط الأساسية لأنها مطلوبة لعمل المنصة. يمكن إدارة ملفات تعريف الارتباط الوظيفية والتحليلية عبر إعدادات المتصفح. تسمح معظم المتصفحات بـ: (أ) عرض جميع ملفات تعريف الارتباط؛ (ب) حذف ملفات تعريف الارتباط الفردية أو جميعها؛ (ج) حظر ملفات تعريف الارتباط للطرف الثالث؛ (د) حظر جميع ملفات تعريف الارتباط (قد يعطل الوظائف الأساسية)؛ (هـ) تعيين التفضيلات لمواقع محددة. قد يؤثر تعطيل ملفات تعريف الارتباط غير الأساسية على بعض الميزات (تفضيلات اللغة، التحليلات) ولكن لن يمنع الوظائف الأساسية للمنصة (تسجيل الدخول، البحث عن الوظائف، التقديم، المراسلات).
We use third-party services that may set cookies: (a) Apple App Store and Google Play Billing — subscription verification and receipt validation; (b) analytics providers — usage statistics and performance monitoring; (c) hosting and cloud infrastructure providers — content delivery and security. Third-party cookies are governed by their respective privacy policies. We do not control third-party cookie practices and recommend reviewing their privacy policies. We select third-party providers that comply with Saudi data protection requirements. Third-party cookies are limited to essential functions (billing, security, analytics).
