These terms apply to new recruiter subscriptions purchased through Snaydi’s Moyasar checkout from 13 October 2026. They supplement the Subscription Terms. Existing issued invoices, recorded payments and previously agreed subscription periods remain valid; they must be reconciled before a replacement checkout is permitted.
تسري هذه الشروط على اشتراكات أصحاب العمل الجديدة المشتراة عبر صفحة الدفع بميسر في سنايدي اعتبارًا من ١٣ أكتوبر ٢٠٢٦، وتُكمّل شروط الاشتراك. تظل الفواتير الصادرة والدفعات المسجلة ومدد الاشتراك المتفق عليها سابقًا سارية، ويجب تسويتها قبل السماح بعملية دفع بديلة.
After company approval, choose a monthly or yearly Starter, Growth or Pro subscription. The checkout shows the full amount in Saudi riyals, including 15% VAT. Payment is made online through Moyasar. New bank-transfer purchases and receipt uploads are no longer offered. Card details are sent directly to Moyasar; Snaydi does not store raw card details.
بعد اعتماد الشركة، اختر اشتراك Starter أو Growth أو Pro لمدة شهر أو سنة. تعرض صفحة الدفع المبلغ الكامل بالريال السعودي شاملًا ضريبة القيمة المضافة ١٥٪. يتم السداد إلكترونيًا عبر ميسر. لم تعد المشتريات الجديدة بالتحويل البنكي ورفع الإيصالات متاحة. تُرسل بيانات البطاقة مباشرةً إلى ميسر، ولا تخزن سنايدي بيانات البطاقة الخام.
Snaydi verifies payment with Moyasar before activating access. A browser success message alone does not confirm payment. If confirmation or invoicing is delayed, check the payment status before paying again. The selected monthly or yearly term does not renew automatically. A same-tier renewal extends the existing paid term without adding the term again when a confirmation is repeated. Contact support for a plan change during an active term.
تتحقق سنايدي من السداد لدى ميسر قبل تفعيل الوصول. لا تكفي رسالة نجاح في المتصفح وحدها لتأكيد الدفع. إذا تأخر التأكيد أو إصدار الفاتورة، فتحقق من حالة الدفع قبل السداد مرة أخرى. لا تتجدد المدة الشهرية أو السنوية المختارة تلقائيًا. يمدد تجديد الباقة نفسها المدة المدفوعة دون إضافة المدة مجددًا عند تكرار التأكيد. تواصل مع الدعم لتغيير الباقة خلال مدة سارية.
Digital Basics issues the customer’s tax invoice through Wafeq for each successfully verified payment. Moyasar processes the payment; Snaydi does not create a second customer invoice in Moyasar. Repeated payment notifications and retries reuse the original Wafeq invoice. The invoice is available in the authenticated subscription page when ready. Applicable clearance requirements are completed before customer delivery. Corrections and refunds are reconciled against the original invoice using the appropriate accounting documents; the original invoice is not deleted or recreated.
تُصدر مؤسسة الأساسيات الرقمية الفاتورة الضريبية للعميل عبر وافق لكل دفعة تم التحقق من نجاحها. تعالج ميسر الدفع، ولا تُنشئ سنايدي فاتورة أخرى للعميل في ميسر. تُربط إشعارات الدفع المتكررة وإعادات المحاولة بفاتورة وافق الأصلية. تتوفر الفاتورة عند جاهزيتها في صفحة الاشتراك بعد تسجيل الدخول. تُستكمل متطلبات الاعتماد المطبقة قبل تسليم الفاتورة للعميل. تُسوّى التصحيحات والمبالغ المستردة مقابل الفاتورة الأصلية بالمستندات المحاسبية المناسبة، دون حذفها أو إعادة إنشائها.
